以为正常,实则会让孩子大脑变笨的 3 种食物

娃的吃吃喝喝,一直都是家长们非常关心的问题。

节日里,让完全避开零食,一口不吃,那肯定是不太现实。

但确实有 3 种食物值得家长特别留心,特别是第 1 种,尽量一口都别吃。

不仅仅是油、盐、糖含量多少的问题,有些食物还含有一些对大脑发育有影响的成分,吃多了会让娃的大脑慢慢变笨。

除了这 3 种,还有 1 种食物,很多孩子都特别爱吃。

虽说还没到「一口都不建议碰」的地步,但它对孩子的大脑和睡眠都有一定影响,还是要少吃,尤其 5 岁内的娃。
