9月11日，新疆伊犁伊宁县维吾尔玉其温镇中心幼儿园阿山于孜村分园，一名接小孩的家长发现，幼儿园路口有警察和持木棍的老师把守，只允许家长步行进入，老师送孩子出幼儿园时，也是人手一棍，高度紧张。
