澳大利亞頂級餐廳揭曉，11家獲米其林星級

2026年10月，全球知名的《米其林指南》首次將澳洲納入評選範圍，首站就選在南澳。指南一共收錄77家餐廳，其中11家摘得米其林星級榮譽，16家獲得主打高性價比美食的必比登推介（Bib Gourmand），另外50家入選米其林推薦餐廳名單。

這是澳洲餐飲界的一次歷史性突破。這次最受矚目的，是位於阿德萊德的Magill Estate Restaurant，它拿下了米其林二星，是此次南澳評選中唯一一家獲得二星的餐廳。

餐廳位於Adelaide Hills山腳下，毗鄰著名的Penfolds酒庄，可以一邊享用精緻料理，一邊欣賞葡萄園景色。

獲星餐廳無疑是州內最受關注的一批，但必比登推介（Bib Gourmand）和米其林入選（Michelin Selected）名單，也把目光投向了普通食客未必熟悉、或不在熱門路線上的餐廳，這些備受認可的餐飲場所同樣值得嘗試。
