澳洲最强房产中介排行公布！有人1年卖出上百套房产，总额超$8亿
自澳联储加息以来，澳洲房屋交易逐渐放缓。但是，一部分房产中介无惧市场低迷，创造了傲人的销售纪录。
随着防疫措施的解除，越来越多的外国投资者重返澳洲房市。
Realestate网站的数据显示，澳洲多名中介在1年内卖出了100多套房。
此外，本地富商对于滨海房产的需求，也推动着高端市场的蓬勃发展。有些中介入行不到10年，但在过去1年内促成了价值超过1亿澳元的交易。
澳洲新闻集团报道称，悉尼中介Alexander Phillips今年43岁，他在本财年的房产销售额有望超过8亿澳元。
Realestate网站的数据显示，在截至今年3月的1年时间内，Phillips总共完成了137笔交易。
如果按照房屋的平均交易价格排名，Atlas Lower North Shore的Michael Coombs则位居第一，他经手的房产平均售价达到了1440万澳元。
