澳洲最強房產中介排行公布！有人1年賣出上百套房產，總額超$8億
自澳聯儲加息以來，澳洲房屋交易逐漸放緩。但是，一部分房產中介無懼市場低迷，創造了傲人的銷售紀錄。
隨著防疫措施的解除，越來越多的外國投資者重返澳洲房市。
Realestate網站的數據顯示，澳洲多名中介在1年內賣出了100多套房。
此外，本地富商對於濱海房產的需求，也推動著高端市場的蓬勃發展。有些中介入行不到10年，但在過去1年內促成了價值超過1億澳元的交易。
澳洲新聞集團報道稱，悉尼中介Alexander Phillips今年43歲，他在本財年的房產銷售額有望超過8億澳元。
Realestate網站的數據顯示，在截至今年3月的1年時間內，Phillips總共完成了137筆交易。
如果按照房屋的平均交易價格排名，Atlas Lower North Shore的Michael Coombs則位居第一，他經手的房產平均售價達到了1440萬澳元。
