陳小冬副總領事出席「友好四川」走進澳大利亞活動
5月8日，陳小冬副總領事出席由四川省人民對外友好協會主辦的「友好四川」走進澳大利亞活動並致辭，澳中友協維州分會拉法耶特會長、澳大利亞川渝科技文化交流委員會於萍副主席和墨爾本大學留學生代表等近百人出席。
陳副總表示，四川省與維多利亞州於2016年建立友好省州關係，雙方互訪頻繁，合作成果豐碩。中國駐墨爾本總領事館願繼續發揮橋樑紐帶作用，支持四川與維州各界增進理解、促進友誼、深化合作。
拉法耶特會長等嘉賓致辭中表示，此次活動展現了四川深厚的文化底蘊、秀美的自然風光和驕人的發展成就，有利於推動更多的澳大利亞民眾走進四川、認識中國。
Deputy Consul General Chen Xiaodong Attends the「Friendly Sichuan into Australia」
On May 11, Deputy Consul General Chen Xiaodong attended the 「Friendly Sichuan into Australia」 organized by Sichuan Provincial People』s Associations for Friendship with Foreign Countries. Nearly 100 people participated in the event, including President Lafayette of the Victoria Branch of the Australia-China Friendship Society, Vice Chair Yu Ping of Australian Sichuan Chongqing Science and Cultural Exchange Committee and student representatives from the University of Melbourne.
In his speech, Deputy Consul General Chen highlighted that Sichuan and Victoria established a sister state relations in 2016. Since then, the two sides have engaged in frequent exchanges and achieved fruitful cooperation. The Chinese Consulate General in Melbourne would continue to serve as a bridge to support deeper understanding, stronger friendship, and closer cooperation between Sichuan and Victoria across all sectors.
President Lafayette and other guest speakers expressed the event showcased Sichuan』s rich cultural heritage，beautiful scenery and great development achievements, and would attract more Australians to travel to Sichuan and understand China.
